Version 0.2.3 of the OSGi Configuration Admin command line client fixes creation of a configuration with the wrong bundle location. Additionally, the side-effect of the put command to create a configuration when it didn't exist, is removed.

Perhaps the easiest way, for now, is to drop your issue and the text of a patch into this comment field.
